Upon full payment for services rendered, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project, as well as any pre-existing tools or frameworks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dotnet2aws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We will correct any defects in our work within a reasonable time after notification.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In such cases, payment for work completed up to the termination date will be required.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
